The location of this place is excellent, just a short walk to the Auschwitz museum by train and the main railway station, with the Silesian Museum only 2 km away.

Everything was good, had a very good stay of 3 nights. Staff were competent, room was modern and stylish with twin bed. The hotel was located in the centre of the city. There was plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

My double room had a great combination of value for money. 🌟 the bathroom was quite spacious and the ocean view from the room was so peaceful. the staff was really friendly and did a great job, always available when needed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main bus and train stations, making it easy to get around the city. there is a shopping mall nearby, perfect for some retail therapy or grabbing a quick bite to eat. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered was good and provided a satisfying start to the day.
The cleanliness of the room could be improved, as some dirt was visible on the mattress. housekeeping service was not consistent, with towels needing to be requested from reception.
